We are looking for all kinds of performers: you do not need to be a band. We are looking for the area’s best youth rappers, singer-songwriters, noise-makers, bands, slam poets. Come show us your awesome!
United Action for Youth, The Englert Theatre, and the Iowa City Public Library present the second annual Crock-Pot Battle of the Bands event at the UAY Swaim Youth Center. The event features performances by youth performers, followed by feedback given by a panel of judges from our local music scene.
