In this workshop Courtney Marie Andrews will lead students through the phases of writing a song. She will discuss where to draw inspiration, how to begin a song with a title, creative flow state, and editing. She will lead students through each phase with detailed lectures followed by creative free time in hopes of leaving each attendee with their own song. Instruments are welcomed, but not required.
