Englert Presents

Englert Education
The Englert Education program strives to create innovative experiences that foster creativity, cultivate talent, and nurture a life-long appreciation for the arts. Funded in part by the Sarah Shonrock Education Fund, the program offers a wide array of fellowships, internships, workshops, and engagements. Thank you to MidWestOne Bank for supporting this program!
Track Zero
Track Zero launched in 2023 as a new concert series for the curious, introducing our audiences to fresh artists who are defining the next wave of alternative music. Let Track Zero be your mixtape to the new and exciting — off the tracklist.
Community Engagement
As a nonprofit, we are continuously exploring ways to meaningfully engage with the diverse populations of Johnson County. Throughout the year, we present a variety of events and resources, often in partnership with other local nonprofits, that are opportunities to participate in community building and learning through storytelling.
Songwriter Series
Featuring first-rate songwriters across genres and generations, the Englert Songwriter Series honors the tradition of songwriting and broadens its horizons. Given Iowa City’s history as a UNESCO City of Literature, the series aims to showcase Iowa to the global songwriting community and make Iowa City a must-stop town for touring songwriters.
