COVID-19 Safety Policy for Patrons

All patrons are required to wear face coverings at our free and ticketed events. Additionally, for entry, patrons must also present a 72-hour (or less) negative COVID-19 test for each individual attending the event. We will accept documentation of a vaccine card in lieu of a negative COVID-19 test. This policy will be enforced until further notice. Please note that specific touring artists might require further precautions to be applied on an event-by-event basis. There are risks attending a public event during the pandemic. The Englert Theatre cannot guarantee patrons will avoid exposure to Covid-19.

Appropriate documentation for a vaccination card will include patron state-issued ID plus one of the following: physical vaccination card, photo of vaccination card, or vaccination confirmation via an application like Clear or Bindle.

About Our COVID-19 Safety Policy

In alignment with the National Independent Venue Association, we believe that the touring performance industry will stabilize with improved masking and testing practices and increased vaccination rates; until then, we will navigate a period of great disruption resulting in canceled events, increased precautions, and, at worst, outright permanent closure. We very much hope to return to a robust future of safe, live events!

Current Refund Policy

Most requests for refunds will be honored during this time. Available refunds must be requested prior to the scheduled event start time. As required by some artist agencies, select events do not allow refunds.
