COVID-19 Safety Policy for Patrons
All patrons are required to wear face coverings at our free and ticketed events. Masks are required for entry to the building and while moving around common areas. Common areas always include the lobbies and concessions areas. This policy may be updated by the time your event takes place. Read any pre-event communications thoroughly and pay extra attention to signage as you arrive for the event. Please note that additional precautions may be applied on an event-by-event basis.
There are risks attending a public event during the pandemic. The Englert Theatre cannot guarantee patrons will avoid exposure to COVID-19. If you test positive for COVID-19 or have any symptoms of illness, please stay home.
Current Refund Policy
Most requests for refunds will be honored during this time. All requests must be received prior to the scheduled start date of the event. As required by some artist agencies, select events do not allow refunds. To request a refund, contact our box office at 319-688-2653 or firstname.lastname@example.org
