Englert Development Interns experience hands on work in the small but mighty Development Office of the Englert Theatre. You’ll come away with an understanding of how data drives stewardship and fundraising and how expressing gratitude is the backbone of a strong contributed income plan. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to work in the field or get a better understanding of how nonprofits function. You’ll work under the guidance of seasoned development professionals after establishing a weekly schedule that fits with your goals and other priorities.

The Designer is primarily responsible for the creation and management of design resources to support the Englert brand. This includes general brand enforcement, creation of development (fundraising) resources, and performing arts event promotion. The Designer is also responsible for execution of the Witching Hour Festival and design and execution of the Mission Creek Festival brand aesthetic.

The Englert Theatre is seeking two student interns to work alongside the Patron Services Manager for our spring season.

Position: Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern works closely with the entire marketing team to assist in execution of the marketing plan. This includes social media marketing, creation and editing of brand assets, and copywriting. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

As a member of the street team, you will distribute marketing materials in high-traffic areas around your neighborhood/town to spread the word about our upcoming events. In return, you’ll be among the first to hear about upcoming shows and receive free tickets (as available). We are flexible with schedules and will provide all necessary equipment and information.
