Fall Friends Dinner

Description

Join us for or our 4th Annual Fall Friends Dinner, an intimate gathering celebrating food, friends, and community at The Englert Theatre. This event will include:

-Gathering hour in the Douglas and Linda Paul Gallery (beginning at 6 p.m.)
-Fresh, gourmet dinner served on our stage (beginning at 7 p.m.)
-Dessert and coffee to wrap things up
-Silent auction of exclusive items
-Special performances by spoken word poet Akwi Nji and Red Cedar Chamber Music’s Miera Kim and Carey Bostian performing hand-selected music

This year’s menu will feature:
-Bread and babaganouj with house-smoked ancho
-Smoked fish salad
-Smoked brisket
-Fried peppers
-Cabbage slaw
-Carrot and potatoes ‘a la baked beans’
-Tomatillo fritters
-Tomatoes with feta

Chef David Wieseneck (of the Motley Cow) will prepare the meal, Jamie Powers (of Deluxe Cakes & Pastries) will make the desserts, and Cedar Ridge Winery will provide signature wine. Our production team will transform our stage into a warm, rustic dining area. Throughout the evening, select artists will treat guests to unique performances. This is a great opportunity to support our nonprofit arts organization, enjoy a great meal in the company of friends, and speak directly with the Englert executive staff and board.

Tickets are $100 per person, a portion* of which is tax deductible due to the generosity of our event sponsors.
