Jazzy Jamboree features Miera Kim on violin, Carey Bostian on cello, and guest artist Christine Bellomy on clarinet. The ensemble will perform a few classical works with a jazz connection, a new work by composer-in-residence Michael Kimber (based on the Iowa Corn Song), and a medley of Gershwin tunes, as well as Dave Bubeck’s Three to Get Ready and Django Reinhardt & Stephane Grappelli’s Minor Swing.
