Description

This concert is part of the Intimate at the Englert Series. Intimate at the Englert (approx. 75-100 audience members) events bring both the audience and the performers onstage together: the connection between artist and audience is direct and electrifying.

Since they formed in 2002 The Beggarmen have been impressing audiences all over the Midwest with their unique approach to traditional Irish music. Sporting eight instruments between them as well as fine singing, they bring a sincerity to the music that captivates. Rooted in tradition but open to possibilities, the band continues to explore the boundaries of Celtic music.

At the Intimate at the Englert show The Beggarmen will kick off a new season of music featuring both traditional and original material.
