The former Iowa City heroes in Eufórquestra return home for a holiday concert that will feature full sets by Eufórquestra and Cornmeal, as well as an opening set by Iowa City soul-groove mainstays the Diplomats of Solid Sound. Gabe’s Iowa City, the Englert, Euforquestra, and New Belgium are excited to join forces on this show that celebrates our local arts culture but also acknowledges that not all of us have the benefits of the comforts of home during the holiday season. Come out to enjoy a night of great music and dancing, and be sure to bring cans of food to be donated to the food bank at the Johnson County Crisis Center. We will give you a free New Belgium draft or soft drink of your choice with every four cans you donate.
